Next I did a quick cardio to get my heart rate up and focus on some abs--I did this routine three (3) times through!! Just keep hitting replay.

Then I did a Barre routine for butt and thighs--felt like I was back to my ballet days ;)

Slammed my water, actually needed 16 more ounces I was sweating really badly. Took a shower and then blended a green, fruity soup.

Here is today's recipe:

Bananas--4 to 5

1 C frozen fruit (Trader Joe's Organic Mixed Berry Blend)

3 C greens a combo of baby kale, spinach and Dino Kale

Few sprigs of dill

Water to blend to your desired consistency

40 oz of goodness...this is no whimpy meal. Most people wouldn't even  imagine eating this much smoothie/blended soup at one time, but those of you that are familiar with eating a low fat raw vegan diet can relate. Because fruits and veggies are low in calories you need to eat a lot of them in order to meet your caloric needs. This also helps stave off cravings of unhealthy foods.

 Dinner:

1/2 of a large pineapple, sprinkled with fresh dill

16 oz infused water

A few hours later made a smoothie of 3 bananas, 1/2 C water, 3 C fresh

pineapple, 2 C organic baby spinach

16 oz infused water a couple of hours after my smoothie and then off to bed

+JMJ+ Today I am grateful for a great day filled with great food and a really tough workout!!

Sounds like an awesome day! Can hardly wait till we can afford to get a high-quality blender, so I can juice for the family.
