1/4 C raw pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 C fresh OJ
1/2 C ice
8 oz frozen mixed berries
2 T white chia seeds
2 T flax
2 ripe bananas
4 C collards, pack it in
Blend till creamy in a high speed blender. Enjoy!

Meal #2 Sunny Apple Salad

2 organic Fuji apples, diced
1/4 C soaked organic raisins
1/4 C sprouted mung beans
sunflower greens
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T raw honey gently warmed to liquefy, drizzle over salad

Meal #3 Sliced Tomato and Sprout Plate

As you probably can tell one of my staple raw foods are sprouts!! I grow them myself and eat them daily. They are just one of those things that I cannot do without.
Here are some of my sunflower greens that I harvested today. These will be in tomorrow's lunch recipe. The roots and dirt will go into the compost bin.



 Personally I can eat just a plate full of sprouts alone but decided to add these beautiful ripe tomatoes and some cilantro.

Sliced Tomato and Sprout Plate

3 small tomatoes, sliced
handful of fresh cilantro, rough chop
white clover sprouts
sunflower greens to garnish
drizzle on some good quality balsamic (optional)
