A Favorite Green Juice

I've been enjoying bok choy and baby bok choy like crazy lately. It is so delicious raw. I love munching on it like a stalk of celery and I also enjoy it juiced. I personally believe that juicing has many benefits, even though the fiber is removed from the fruits and vegetables in the process, as long as you balance juicing with the consumption of green smoothies--balance is achieved. That way one can get the amazing health benefits from both. I know that in the raw food world people argue back and forth about juicing vs blending.
