Berries With Raw Coconut Kream by Elizabeth @ rawlivingandlearning.blogspot.com 1 carton of fresh organic blueberries 1/2 C raw flaked organic coconut, soaked 8 hours (keep soak water) 1 T hemp seeds 1 T chia seeds 1-2 tsp raw vanilla powder water as needed to blend sprouted quiona (optional) In a high speed blender, add the coconut and the soak water. Blend on high for a minute. Next add the chia, hemp, and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth and thick. Add water as needed for proper blending. Place washed berries into a serving bowl and pour the kream on top. Enjoy! As I was eating this I decided to add some freshly sprouted raw quiona--it was divine! Made a fantastic breakfast "cereal". +JMJ+ Today I am grateful for my nourishing and healing wheat grass!! I am consuming 2oz 4x/day and loving it.

A Days Worth of Recipes

Carob Breakfast Pudding Sprouty Citrus Salad Marinated Mushrooms and Spinach I thought I would share a days worth of meals again. I always like to see people's daily menus; it inspires me to be creative with my own menu. This day I started out with my favorite carob pudding. I can eat this any time of day, I really like it. I decided to top it with fresh banana and my buckwheat krispies. Wonderful! It kept me so satisfied. This is a great filling breakfast for those days when you know lunch might be later than usual. For lunch I had a refreshing sprouty citrus salad. I love finding all kinds of ways to incorporate my sprouts into recipes. For dinner I adapted a recipe from $10 a Day and served it on top of some raw organic spinach. It went so well together that I will always prepare it this way. I really love this recipe. Here are all three recipes. Hope you can try them soon. Carob Breakfast Pudding 2 ripe organic bananas (use them separately) 1 ripe organic avocado 1/...

Here is the recipe: Banana Kiwi Granola Crumble 1  ripe organic banana, sliced 2 organic kiwis, peeled and sliced handful of fresh organic blueberries fresh lemon thyme leaves Granola Crumble: 1/4 C sprouted quiona 1/8 C raw walnuts, soaked 1/4 C sprouted wheat berries pinch of sea salt pinch of cinnamon pinch of nutmeg 6 soft dates, sliced In a food processor, process the crumble ingredients.
