We've had some mighty scary things happening around here and therefore things have been quiet on the blogging end. My Mom had a very serious situation and I can't tell you how afraid I was. My only salvation was knowing that I was not alone, none of us in the family were. We had Christ right by our side leading us and guiding us through this very difficult time. Fear was there but so too was comfort; knowing that God was in control. Deep down I just knew things were going to be okay. We had the support of many friends and family members praying for her and my Dad, and I am happy to say that she is home recovering and doing well--praise God!! I have been playing around with some new recipes that have been popping into my head. Mango with Vanilla Kream

Just look at this bowl full of ripe, luscious mango drenched in a vanilla kream sauce. The key to the Kream sauce is using the best quality vanilla powder that your budget will allow. My personal favorite is " Ultimate Superfoods Raw Wildcrafted Ground Vanilla ". I licked the bowl clean....I love easy, satisfying raw recipes like this one! I am still experimenting with my version of 80-10-10 and I must say I feel really great. I don't get hungry and I am loving all of this fresh, ripe and deliciously sweet fruit.  I actually went through some mild detoxing all over again...that kinda shocked me but I am grateful because I know that alot of cleansing is going on.
