Moringa Mango Smoothie
Here in SW Florida we are fortunate enough to be able to grow this miracle tree (I bet Mr. H could grow some in his greenhouse). I first learned of this tree years ago on a field trip to ECHO . You can check their store for books and even moringa spices. I plan to plant at least 2 trees in the yard. If your climate does not allow you to grow this tree you can still benefit from all of its nutritional and medicinal uses by getting some moringa powder, oil or tea.
