Kids Eating Raw Kale Salad
Confetti Raw Kale Salad
1 bunch of organic kale, cut into bite size pieces
3 T Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1-2 T Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos
Maine Coast Organic Dulse Granules, to taste
Onion powder
Sea Salt
Pepper
Organic grape tomatoes, cut in fourths
Dehydrated or sun dried tomatoes
Raw sesame seeds
Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Drizzle the kale w/ olive oil. With your hands, massage the kale for a good five minutes to break down the cell walls and wilt it. This allows the body to digest the raw kale. Now add the lemon juice, ,coconut aminos, dulse, onion powder, pepper, grape tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes and sesame seeds. Toss well to evenly distribute all of the spices. Enjoy!
These are our three youngest children chowing down on the kale salad. We have kale salad in the house almost everyday. It is a staple in our diet. This is one of the most nutritious dark leafy greens you can get into your kids.
