Tonights Raw Dinner


Mixed Greens with Pear Dressing
Mixed organic salad greens
1 organic pear, cubed
3 T sweet white onion, cut into small chunks
1 rib of organic celery ,cut into chunks
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T cold pressed olive oil
1 T raw honey
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Organic blueberries
Sunflower sprouts, or sprouts of your choice
Dressing:
In a small food processor or a personal size blender, process the pear, onion, celery, oil, lemon juice, honey, sea salt and pepper till smooth.
Assemble:
Plate your greens, top with the pear dressing, blueberries and sprouts.
This is a great salad for those hot summer days! Enjoy.
