How about a delicious recipe??

If you could make just ONE easy health change--leading you closer to a clean, pure diet, would you do it? Here is a super easy, super sweet and delicious way. By adding just one green smoothie to your daily diet you can see improvements that you didn't think possible. Swap out your routine breakfast with a green smoothie and just watch what happens.
You can use any green of your choice and remember to alternate your greens each day. For example, use kale today, spinach tomorrow, collards on Thursday and then back to kale on Friday, spinach on Saturday and collards on Sunday. You get the picture. Just don't use the exact same green two days in a row. Simple!
To keep it super simple you can buy pre-washed, bagged greens for your smoothies.
That way you can throw together your b-fast in less than 2 minutes. All it entails is putting ingredients into a blender.

Has it really been 3 years? That's just amazing. When I started on my vegan journey I never gave it much thought as to how long it would be. I just did it. So I think I have been vegan for about 5 years now! And I truly do not miss meat at all. Sometimes I miss cheese and ice cream but that's about it. Of course I type this as I'm sipping on my huge green smoothie!!! And hands down the best thing I have ever done for myself is adding in Green Smoothies every morning. Thanks C
