My name is Mauro; I writing from Spain. I got to your site by pure chance (I was looking for a recipe of raw tempura). I like your song… actually; it made me feel proud of being vegan. I have to go now but I promise I´ll come back soon to explore this blog. I am sure I have something to share since I’ve been vegan for many years. Love for all.
That isn't me in the video of course, I just wanted to share it I thought it was so cute. Here is a tempura batter recipe I found
The tempura batter is really mild. You want to let the sauce have the show. You can dip it Shoyu or make a tempura sauce. I will add the recipe for that when I actually figure it out.
Ingredients:
2 cup cashews, soaked until soft
1 cup pure water, just add until it's batter-like
2 clove garlic
2 tablespoon granulated onion
eggplant, 1/4 sliced
brocolli, big pieces
daikon, 1/8 sliced
Preparation:
Process the cashews, garlic and onion until it makes a batter. Coat the veggies with the batter. You don’t want to coat them too much but also not too thin.
Dehydrate at 115 degrees overnight or at least 12-15 hours.
