Day 8 of Raw Shred

16 oz water

2 oz fresh wheat grass juice

Mug of organic coffee with coconut sugar

16 oz lemon water

handful of broccoli sprouts

Finally it was time to sweat!!

How about shredding 200 calories in 20 min.??

okay I'm pooped!! How about some food??

Today my first meal of the day consisted of 4 sliced bananas

To which I added a sauce made from Organic Mixed Berry Blend frozen fruit, thawed, and 3 Medjool dates. Blend in a high speed blender until smooth and pour over the sliced bananas.

And this is how it actually looked right before I ate it all!!

Water, water, I am really thirsty.

Dinner was a simple romaine salad topped with sweet onion, tomato, cucumber and a bit of ACV with Italian Spices.

+JMJ+ Today I am grateful for the musical sound of the birds outside my kitchen window. The temp has dropped a bit this morning and the birds are very active.

yesterday we watched the birds eat berries off a bush right up against the window. it was sweet - even the cat was watching!
