To which I added a sauce made from Organic Mixed Berry Blend frozen fruit, thawed, and 3 Medjool dates. Blend in a high speed blender until smooth and pour over the sliced bananas.
And this is how it actually looked right before I ate it all!!
Dinner was a simple romaine salad topped with sweet onion, tomato, cucumber and a bit of ACV with Italian Spices.
+JMJ+ Today I am grateful for the musical sound of the birds outside my kitchen window. The temp has dropped a bit this morning and the birds are very active.
